Performance Information:

On June 5, 1722, Johann Kuhnau died leaving open his position as organist/choir director at Leipzig’s St. Thomas Church. Come and imagine you are on the Town Counsel. Listen to music by all seven candidates – including J.S. Bach and G. P. Telemann – performed anonymously.  Then you decide who should be the next Cantor. Be sure to stay to the end for the big reveal!

Tthis concert will be held at St. Wilfrid’s Episcopal Church, 18631 Chapel Lane (south of Ellis between Beach and Newland)
