Theater Auditions

Auditions for all Golden West College Theater Arts Department productions are open to GWC students and the general public. Unless otherwise indicated, all roles for all productions on our season are open. Audition appointments, advanced preparation and prior experience are not required for the audition unless specified in the posted audition information. However, it is suggested that actors familiarize themselves with the script prior to attending an audition. All actors and crew members cast in GWC productions will be required to enroll in a GWC Theater Production course. Each production will employ technical support crew. Individuals interested in backstage crew positions should attend the audition of the production they wish to join.

Parking for auditions is in the Gothard Street student parking lot only. GWC parking regulations are not in effect on audition nights for the Gothard Street student parking lot only. There is no fee for parking for these auditions.

Auditions: Tuesday, September 9 and Wednesday, September 10
6:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Audition Notice for MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING

Audition Location: Auditions will be held in Stage West at Golden West College, 15751 Gothard Street at Center Avenue, Huntington Beach. Enter the campus from the Gothard Street side near the Mainstage Theater. Stage West is opposite the Mainstage Theater. Parking is free in the Gothard Street parking lot “J” near the Amphitheater and the Boys and Girls Club.
